Abstract

This document represents a work in progress. A logical model capable of encapsulating the emerging business requirements of libraries, their service partners and their customers was a logical requirement of the JISC TILE project as it undertook to understand the impact of Web 2.0 on the Higher Education library landscape. This model is therefore intended to place the TILE project and its e-Framework documentation within a recognisable context.
